Students will learn to work in a small salon environment based in the Lifestyle Studios facility. With an experienced hairdresser and beauty therapist on site, you will have access to a fully equipped industry standard salon to practice your skills.

The Centre operates as a fully commercial business, dedicated to helping students develop valuable skills. Our Hair and Beauty course gives students an insight into the hair and beauty sector, enabling them to understand the foundations of the industry. Throughout the course, students will gain hands-on experience and learn essential professional skills for example; shampoo and conditioning treatments, blow dries, hair styling, nail art techniques, manicures, make-up application and much more.  

Upon completion of this course, students have the opportunity to gain a Level 1 Award, Certificate or Diploma.
