The aim of the session is to get our children active using Multi-sports, fitness and gym activities. Session run indoor and Outside. Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-5pm
Teen Gym is a gym session for 11-15 year old girls. Gym based sessions supporting the girls build an understanding of how to exercise safely and effectively. session are designed to support teens physical and mentally. A qualified instructor is with them at all times instructing them throughout the hour session. Sessions Run Monday-Thursday 5pm-6pm
All School Holidays are always super fun on our Junior Fitness camps Kids ages 6years and up for boys and girls. Dancing, Trampolining, Football, Dodgeball, Tennis, Athletics, Fitness games, Tag. And so so much more…….. Lots of multi-sports fun. Exciting active games and fitness fun. Keeping these kids Moving throughout the Year !
