The Learning Hub Manager- Cavendish School "Just before the new school year in September I approached Lifestyle Studios as I had a student that was struggling with attendance as well as having problems with growing pains. I could not have received more support from the team and they were very welcoming to the student. Therefore I had no hesitation to recommend them to a parent of another student at the school who started after Christmas just one day a week. The student enjoyed it so much that we applied for more funding so that he could attend more days. We were successful and the student attended 3 days a week and during that time he studied functional skills as well as revising for his Maths and English GCSE's. They also supported him to complete his BTEC Sports Studies units. The team were so flexible and tolerant as the student was not the easiest but he grew in confidence whilst he was there and he felt safe. Parent of student attending 2017-19 "I would thoroughly recommend this alternative education to other schools for students that are struggling in mainstream classes."my son has attended lifestyles education for 2 days a week for year 10 and 11 ,I can only say this alternative education provider is outstanding , it was a life line to us ,two days away from main stream school proved to be a success , one to one or small groups was just what my son needed ,a chance to express him self and work on self doubt ,confidence and class room behaviour. The staff are welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help with any concerns , my son would say its the only place that anyone has truly listened to me and understood me and helped me turn things around .
